We all know that flax seeds are healthy and good to consume, but we face problem in its usage...
So.., here is a simple way to use flax seeds for consumption.
Flax Seeds Chutney Powder recipe by Chef V. Sudhakara Rao (in food industry since 1969).
1. Pro Nature Flax Seeds (1/2 cup)
2. Split Black gram (1/4 cup)
3. Byadige chillies (6 nos)
4. Copra pieces (1/4 cup)
5. Pro nature Cumin seeds (1/2 t.sp)
6. Tamarind (marble sized)
7. Salt (1t.sp)
8. Pro Nature Jaggery (1/2 t.sp)
9. Pro Nature Turmeric pwd (1/2 t.sp)
10. Curry leaves (few springs)
Method:Put all ingredients in a mixie and make into powder.
Now the most nutritious Chutney powder is ready to serve with Idly, Dosa or white rice etc.( with ghee - optional )
