Add curd n one cup of water in sooji and keep it aside for 20-25 minutes, then add onion, capsicum, tomato, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves and one table spoon oil in the batter. Mix well and make sure that it has thick consistency. Then spread it into the circle on non-stick tawa and cook putting some oil. Flip it and cook properly from both the sides. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney.
